Everyone in Honors Chamber Orchestra is required to attend this event. There are no sign ups.
This trip is only for Honors Chamber Orchestra, however, the performance is open to the public. Our performance time will not be published until we are closer to the date.

Wednesday - February 25th, 2026
Not an SF Day. Regular rehearsal during the day. 7th Period is cancelled. We can do what we need to do in the evening (transport equipment, etc.).
Thursdays - February 26th, 2026
Morning - Meet at Emerald HS and travel to SF.
Afternoon - Lunch Provided and Final Rehearsal
5:00PM - PERFORMANCE
7:00PM - Dinner with Group; Lights Out at Hotel 9PM
Friday - February 27th, 2026
Morning - Wake Up. Breakfast optional - TBA.
Afternoon - Lunch Provided and Enjoy the Conference
Evening - Dinner with Group; Watch SF Symphony - Mozart's Requiem; Lights Out at Hotel 9PM
Saturday - February 28th, 2026
Morning - Wake Up. Breakfast optional - TBA.
If we win championship title, we will complete an encore performance.
Afternoon - Lunch Provided; Travel Back to Emerald HS

This trip is open to all music department students. Each year, we alternate our end of the year trip between Great America (2024, 2026, etc.) and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom (2025, 2027, etc.).
This trip is limited to 52 students, 2 adult chaperones, and 1 Mr. Tran.
A minimum of 44 students must sign up in order for us to continue.
The estimated donation is $135. This includes bus fees, festival/performance fees, park admission, and music fees.
The trip takes place the weekend AFTER AP Tests are complete, so celebrate the year with us!
This trip is primarily for students in Band 1 and 2 and Orchestra 1 and 2.
Students from Band 3 or Orchestra 3 who went on the Carnegie Hall / New York Trip may sign up but will only be accepted if spots are available.
